Field assistant deposit payment: Your deposit payment needs to be paid within 10 days of submission of your application. The application will not be assessed without the deposit. In case your preferred expedition dates are not available, the deposit will be refunded. If you applied for a team leader position, but only qualify for a general assistant, you can chose between accepting this position or a refund of your deposit.

If your deposit was made through PayPal, we only refund the deposit, not the payment surcharge.

Custom printed field shirts: Please chose your size carefully, as custom printed shirts can only be returned if faulty. Clothing or any other items cannot be returned after use.
